Enabling research at the highest level

Imalytics powers the best research labs in the world.

Imalytics supports a wide range of preclinical applications—helping researchers extract quantitative insights from multimodal PET, SPECT, CT, MRI, and optical imaging data.

Oncology

Modalities: PET, SPECT, CT, MRI, US, Optical (BLI/FLI)

Imalytics supports tumor detection, segmentation, and longitudinal tracking in a variety of cancer models. It enables visualization of tumor growth, treatment response, and metastasis using 3D visualization, VOI quantification, and multimodal fusion

Radiotheranostics

Modalities: PET, SPECT, CT, MRI

Ideal for assessing tracer uptake, organ-specific distribution, and clearance. Imalytics enables %ID/ml and SUV quantification, kinetic modeling, residence time computation, and image-based dosimetry — critical for drug development and theranostics

Biodistribution & Pharmacokinetics

Modalities: PET, SPECT, CT, MRI

Ideal for assessing tracer dynamics and organ-specific pharmacokinetics in vivo. Imalytics enables dynamic (4D) image analysis, Patlak and compartmental modeling, residence time computation, and kinetic quantification of tracer behavior over time — essential for drug development, dosimetry, and translational research.

Vascular Imaging

Modalities: CT, PET, SPECT, MRI, US

Used for assessing atherosclerosis, inflammation, perfusion, and structural abnormalities. Imalytics enables vessel segmentation, volumetric analysis, and longitudinal comparison across modalities.

Bone & Skeletal Imaging

Modalities: CT, MRI

Analyze bone density, morphology, and remodeling in disease models like osteoporosis or bone healing. Imalytics supports threshold-based segmentation and quantitative assessment of calcifications, trabecular thickness, porosity, and other microstructural parameters—enabling volumetric comparison and precise characterization of bone integrity across different experimental conditions.

Neuroimaging

Modalities: MRI (functional and structural), PET, SPECT

‍Supports brain segmentation and regional analysis, ideal for studying neurodegenerative diseases, neuroinflammation, and brain metabolism. Imalytics handles MRI relaxometry datasets and multimodal overlays (e.g., PET-MRI fusion).

Features

Handle any medical

imaging format with ease.

Imalytics is designed to handle the full diversity of biomedical imaging data—no matter the format, system, or modality. Our platform supports seamless import, visualization, and analysis across PET, SPECT, CT, MRI, or optical imaging. We prioritize compatibility and interoperability so you can focus on insights, not data wrangling.

Support any file format

×

Imalytics supports a wide range of medical and research imaging file formats including DICOM, NIfTI, Analyze, TIFF stacks, and raw binary files—allowing researchers to plug in their data directly without needing custom conversion tools.

Support any system

×

Whether your data comes from Bruker, MILabs, Mediso, Siemens, or other imaging systems, Imalytics is compatible across vendors. We’ve built our platform to integrate flexibly with your lab's existing equipment and data workflows.

Multimodal

×

Designed to handle the complexity of hybrid imaging, Imalytics supports simultaneous analysis of PET/CT, SPECT/MRI, optical/CT, and more. Our tools allow for seamless coregistration, visualization, and quantification across modalities.

Gff File Format

×

Imalytics Preclinical uses the GFF format (.gff) by default to load and save underlay, overlay, segmentation, and project files. The file format supports multimodal, time-variant images while utilizing a lossless compression algorithm to reduce file size. Furthermore, a rich set of metadata is contained in the header and cryptographic hashing secures reading and writing. If you want to learn more about GFF, please refer to the publication by Grace et al. (full text here).
