Spring mood: PIC meeting in Michigan

Held in Mai at the Michigan State University, East Leasing, MI, the Preclinical Imaging Consortium (PIC) Conference brought together our CEO, PD Dr. Felix Gremse, Stephen Marchant (CEO and Founder of MediLumine Inc.), Zach Gurberg (Application Scientist at Gremse-IT GmbH) and Ryan Washer (Application Scientist at Gremse-IT GmbH). The conference has inspired them to push forward a new useful feature that has been successfully implemented into our software during the last months.

Mac OS and dark mode

In the last months, our developers have been working intensively on the Mac OS integration of our image analysis software Imalytics Preclinical. Already several customers are using our software on their MACs. If you are interested in testing the software, please send us an eMail to info@gremse-it.com. As part of this improvement process, we have also introduced dark mode, a preferred working mode.

Felix Gremse will participate in the Total-body PET-2022 conference. It is jointly organised by the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and Ghent University, Belgium. It will take place (In-person): 24th to 26th September 2022 at the prestigious McEwan Hall, Edinburgh, Scotland. Come there and discuss with Felix some preclinical and clinical applications of total-body PET!

Gremse-IT GmbH will join the 13 th Tomography for Scientific Advancement (ToScA) symposium UK & Europe 2022 which will be held at the Queen Mary University in London, UK from 7th to 9th September 2022. This conference focuses on the broad and multidisciplinary range of tomography applications, but will also include themes in biological (hard and soft) tissue imaging, understanding materials in 3D, and recent advances in hardware and software tools. We look forward to fruitful discussions and networking with other scientists.

Finally, the EMIM will take place in Thessaloniki ( 15th – 18th March ). Our CEO, Felix Gremse, attended this meeting and it was just fantastic because of all the great researchers, the interesting industry partners, the many scientific education sessions (ES), talks, and poster presentations.

Imalytics Preclinical Version 3.0

After months of programming, version 3.0 of our image analysis software "Imalytics Preclinical" has finally been released in December 2021.

What is new?

• Revised and improved user interface (new icons, comprehensive and descriptive tool tips, reorganizing the structure of the tutorials)
• New 3D segmentation features (iso tool and scribbles)
• Undo/redo for all segmentation and image operations
• Fusion of 3D and 2D images, e.g. CT with bioluminescence
